Should you choose to CANCEL your move with Full Value Van Lines LLC, a written cancellation notice must be sent to info@fullvaluevanlines.com

THE WRITTEN NOTICE MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SIGNING THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT, OR YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of signing the agreement with Full Value Van Lines LLC will be eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee to cover merchant costs.

No refund will be issued for cancellation notices received after 48 hours from signing the agreement.

Last-Minute Moves Cancellation Policy – If your move is scheduled within 7 business days of the planned pickup, the deposit is non-refundable. No refund will be given if you cancel a move reserved 7 business days or less from the signing date.

On-Site Cancellations – Should you cancel your move after the movers arrive at your location, you forfeit your deposit. Any chargebacks with your bank or credit card will not be honored. The deposit is non-refundable due to labor and scheduling costs.

Deposit Credit – Customers may request a credit equal to the deposit paid, to be applied toward a move within 365 days of the cancellation notice. This credit cannot be redeemed for cash or a refund.
