Online Bill Pay

We understand things happen. To submit a cancellation and/or request a refund:

• Written notification must be submitted to info@fullvaluevanlines.com no later than 48 hours from the date the initial estimate was signed. Please include the following: Name, job number, and reason for the request. 
• Any cancellations made may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours of signing the initial contract forfeit their deposit.
• If your first available pickup date is within 7 days of of you initially electronically signing the Full Value Van Lines LLC, and you request to  cancel, your deposit is non refundable. 
• Rescheduling requests can be accommodated based on availability.

The method of the refund, if applicable, will be determined based on terms outlined and may be returned in the form of a credit to a future move or returned via payment method used initially.
