Online Bill Pay

We understand things happen. To submit a cancellation and/or request a refund:

• Written notification must be submitted to cancel@fullvaluevanlines.com  no later than 48 hours from the date the initial estimate was signed. Please include the following: Name, job number, and reason for the request. 
• Any cancellations made may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours of signing the initial contract forfeit their deposit.
• If your move is scheduled within 7 business days of the planned pickup, the deposit is non-refundable. 
• Rescheduling requests can be accommodated based on availability. A  3 business day notice is required to be submitted in writting. Any changes within those 3 business days is subject to a $150 reschedule fee. 

The method of the refund, if applicable, will be determined based on terms outlined and may be returned in the form of a credit to a future move or returned via payment method used initially.
